Build a great team through the medium of sailing, navigating and racing a yacht, dinghy or building you own craft to race. Our sailing events are open to everyone and are designed to meet your group requirements.

Team Sail is a challenging, physical and incredibly rewarding sailing based team building programme which adventurous teams can enjoy with expert sailors.

​Our Team Sailing experience includes all catering and refreshment. We offer a day package or overnight residential.

Our Team Sailing events run from North Wales and Southampton for Yacht sailing. We have numerous locations for dinghy sailing.

Team Sailing is a team build that can be run over a single day on the water or can be run over a multiple day programme culminating in a race against a rival crew or a time trial.

The event is run an delivered by a team of experienced sailors and the packages are designed by experienced dinghy and yacht sailor Alan Little who has sailed many parts of the world and is qualified in a range of outdoor events. Having first sailed with the British Army he is now a keen sailor who competes in regional competitions and enjoys sailing with his family around the world. Alan is currently training to be coastal skipper and is looking forward to the racing at the Angelsey regatta in 2017
